   I am forever seeking the higher vibrations, the richer visions, the purer and clearer perceptions.  I fortify my intentions daily (“mainichi” - Japanese) to lead a contributive life and advance the cause for global peace and security.  The People are my  true heroes, even if at times I only weakly demonstrate the great esteem and respect I hold for all people and life.

In my daily life I am a father, husband, brother, uncle, grandfather, son-in-law and step-father.  I am employed by a Northeast Florida public school district as a School Psychologist.  Chess was the first recreational love of my life; music and film take up most of my 'spare' time along with reading and Internet ventures.  I really like sushi and seared salmon.  Avacadoes are fruits of the heavens as is dark chocolate!  Other than these pastimes, time alone with my “honey bear” (wife) keeps me MORE than content!
